Subscription Terms

1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The NoYell Service is provided on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription ("Subscription"), you gain access to exclusive digital content, updates, and features within the NoYell App.
2. BILLING AND PAYMENTS
By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method the introductory price for the introductory period of the plan you select and, unless canceled, the regular price of that plan for each subsequent billing term. The introductory period, the introductory price, the regular price and the length of the billing term are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Billing Cycles: Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis, beginning with the introductory period of the plan you select and continuing for each subsequent billing term unless canceled. Introductory periods are 7 days, 4 weeks or 12 weeks, and billing terms are 4 weeks or 12 weeks, depending on the plan.
- Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current regular rate unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date and that all fees are paid on time.
3. INTRODUCTORY PRICING
The subscription begins with an introductory period charged at an introductory price, followed by automatic renewal at the regular price for your plan until canceled. The exact introductory period, introductory price, regular price and billing term are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the plan you select and any promotional discounts.
4. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your access will be terminated.
5. REFUND POLICY
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are made only in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee Policy or where required by applicable law.
6. CHANGES TO PLANS AND PRICING
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any significant changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
